In 1972, Douglas Osmond Sr. opened Osmond's Furniture on the corner of Adelaide Street and George Street. Though their location has changed, Osmond's Furniture still remains a part of historic downtown St. John's. Over 37 years later, Douglas Osmond Jr. is still providing Newfoundland with quality, solid wood bedroom, dining, and living room sets from Canada's leading furniture manufacturers.

Over the next few months we will be adding to and improving our catalogues and online inventory.

We stock a large amount of the furniture shown on our website, but most all furniture made here in Canada is available in many colors. For example, when we display a sofa online, if it is in stock, we will display the fabric it is in stock in and possibly other examples for custom ordering. It's important to remember that same sofa style can be ordered in hundreds of other fabrics. A full catalogue of fabrics for each supplier is available for you to browse through in our showroom.

The same can be said for our wood products, although a piece maybe shown in only one or a few finishes, it is likely we have it in stock, or can order it in a number of other finishes.
